- Install. In MT4, click File > Open Data Folder, open MQL4 > Experts and paste the .ex4 file. Then refresh the Navigator.
- Attach it to a demo chart. Drag DisciplineGuardLite onto one chart of your demo account, tick Allow live trading and click OK. The 7-day trial starts by itself.
- Follow the guide. The PDF walks you through your first 5 minutes: risk %, the stop-loss and take-profit lines, your limits and the journal.
