Privacy: what we store

Updated

Short version: we keep only what we need to run your account and answer you. We never sell your data. The panel in MT4 does not send your trades to us.

The panel in MT4

Your journal, screenshots and reports are files on your own computer. The panel does not upload them. The only internet calls are the news calendar and, if you turn them on, phone alerts through MetaTrader's own push service.

If you create an account

We store:

If you request a trial key

We never ask for your broker password or your trading password.

If you use the email form

Your email, what you asked for (trial, news or a question), your platform and question if you give them, the page language, the page or post that brought you, the date and your country in two letters.

What we do not store

Cookies and browser storage

Live prices from TradingView

The home page shows a live price ribbon from TradingView. The Markets page and the dashboard can also show live prices and an economic calendar from TradingView; those load only after you press "Show live prices". When TradingView content loads, TradingView receives your visit and may set its own cookies. Their privacy policy applies to that part.

Page statistics

To improve the site we count page views, time on a page, clicks on links and buttons, the link you came from and your country. No IP address, no cookies for this, no third-party trackers. We never record what you type in your journal or in the calculators.

Why we keep it and who can see it

To run your account, send your key, answer you and, if you agreed, send you news. We never sell your data. We use it only for Discipline Guard. It is stored in a database at Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website. Only the Discipline Guard team can read it.
