Use Discipline Guard on a Mac

Discipline Guard runs inside MT4. MT4 is a Windows program. On a Mac, MT4 usually runs through a compatibility layer (Wine). Many brokers offer a ready Mac version of MT4 that includes it.

Install MT4 for Mac from your broker's website.
Find the data folder. In MT4, click File > Open Data Folder. It opens the folder inside the Wine setup. Then follow Install on MT4 from step 2.
Test on demo first. Check that the panel draws, that MARKET SETUP shows the lines, and that a journal screenshot is saved.

We have not tested every Mac setup. If something does not work, use the free trial to find out before you pay, or run MT4 on a Windows VPS.
