Does it work on MT5?
Not yet. Discipline Guard runs on MT4 today. The MT5 version is being finished and is not for sale yet. Follow @Disciplineguard on Telegram to hear when it is ready.
Will it trade for me?
No. It opens a trade only when you press its button and place the lines. It never trades on its own and gives no signals.
What if I try to ignore a block?
In Auto-manage mode it can close trades that break your rules, such as a trade without a stop-loss. In Alerts-only mode it warns you loudly. You choose the mode.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your journal and reports are files on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded. The only internet call is the news calendar. Phone alerts, if you turn them on, go through MetaTrader's own push service.
Why is the license tied to my account number?
So a key works only on the account it was issued for. Need to change account? Contact us.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Use the free 7-day trial on a demo account first.
Does it work with prop firm accounts?
It runs on any MT4 account. Set your daily loss limit below your firm's limit, so the panel stops you before the firm's rule does. Read your firm's rules on EAs first.
I changed my MT4 account. What now?
Each key works on one account. Message @conceptualtraders_Support with the new account number.
Is the website account the same as the panel?
No. The panel runs in MT4 on your computer. The website account is for your trial key request, a simple journal you fill in by hand, your rules list and saved articles. They are not linked.
How do I delete my website account?
Dashboard, Settings, Delete account.
